In this weeks episode, J.Go talks about how she quit her full time personal training gig, went travelling, had no job to come back to & went ALL IN on her own online health coaching business. Within months she was able to scale to the 6 and multiple 6 figure mark.

She talks on the importance of community and how it has not only played a role in her business, but in the lives of her clients. She also speaks on confidence and how she has become someone who is now her most confident self.
